Our Car Diffuser + Refill Set pairs our timber and glass hanging diffuser with a 30ml fragrance refill, giving you five refills for long-lasting fragrance on the road.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $79 a flat rate of $9.95 on any other orders. Your items will be shipped within 3 business days & you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
Returns: Each inquiry is assessed individually. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase please email us at haybear.ruralnsw@gmail.com so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Customers will be responsible for postage on refunds & exchanged items. Exchanges aren’t excepted on candles that have been used or damaged.
If you have received a candle which has been broken please email us at haybear.ruralnsw@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the box & the broken candle inside the box. We will ship a replacement within 5 business days.

Care Instructions
We recommend keeping wick trimmed before each burn to ensure a clean burn & even scent throw.
Candles should be burnt for a minimum of 2 hours to prevent tunneling in the wax & a maximum of 4 hours at a time to ensure the wax does not exceed the recommended heat limit.
Medium candle burn time is approximately 30+ hours
Large candle burn time is approximately 50+ hours
