Our imperfect candles have small imperfections and come unboxed, these candles still burn perfectly fine they just simply didn’t make the cut due to minor imperfections on the jar or minor discolouration.

This collection is important to us so we can lower our waste and see that every candle we lovingly pour finds a home.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $85 & a flat rate of $10 on any other orders. Your items will be shipped within 3 business days & you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns: Each inquiry is assessed individually. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase please email us at haybear.ruralnsw@gmail.com so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Customers will be responsible for postage on refunds & exchanged items. Exchanges aren’t excepted on candles that have been used or damaged.

If you have received a candle which has been broken please email us at haybear.ruralnsw@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the box & the broken candle inside the box. We will ship a replacement within 5 business days.

Care Instructions

We recommend keeping wick trimmed before each burn to ensure a clean burn & even scent throw.

Candles should be burnt for a minimum of 2 hours to prevent tunneling  in the wax & a maximum of 4 hours at a time to ensure the wax does not exceed the recommended heat limit.

Medium candle burn time is approximately 30+ hours

Large candle burn time is approximately 50+ hours
